What is your return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from A. Gallo Colors.


If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 3 days of delivery. The item must then be shipped back within 7 days.


Returned items must be:

  • unused and in their original condition
  • returned in their original packaging

Please note that items not returned in their original condition may incur a loss in value.

For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
