Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


We do not provide prepaid return labels, except in cases where:

  • the item is defective
  • the wrong item was shipped

For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are also the responsibility of the customer.
