When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

We will initiate your refund as soon as we receive your return. Refunds may take up to 7-14 days after we receive the return to be processed back to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
