Why isn’t my discount code working?

There are a few common reasons a discount code might not work.

Here's what to check:

• Typo in the code — Make sure you've entered it exactly as given, with no extra spaces before or after.

  
  

• The code has expired — Discount codes are often valid for a limited time only. If the promotion has ended, the code won't work anymore.

  
  

• You've already used it — Some codes can only be used once per customer.

  
  

• The code doesn't apply to the items in your cart — Some discounts are not valid on specific products or collections, such as New Release. Double-check that your cart includes the eligible items.
